Well, some switch boxes are just crap dude. Ive went through 3 new ones, all from Radio Shack before I finally got one that worked. Also, dont bother with the cheap little metal box versions, the first 2 I got were like that, and finally went with there black plastic 15-1267A model. Check it out, might work for you.
