It is my distinct pleasure to announce a new streaming Internet radio webcast dedicated to all things Atari, including Atari console video games, Atari computers, and Atari arcade video games. "Back In Time – The Radio Webcast" has made its debut at http://www.emuclassics.com/backintime.

The show will feature news, reviews, and interviews. (Say that five times fast!) My guest for the first episode is the man STart magazine dubbed "The Ultimate Atarian," Donald A. Thomas Jr. Don will be discussing his days as the Marketing Director at Atari Corporation, the Tramiel family, the current state of classic gaming and computing, and his current responsibilities at VM Labs on the Nuon project.

The second episode will be posted in late February/early March. That show will feature an interview with Curt Vendel, curator of the Atari Historical Society. Also featured in that episode will be a representative from Classic Gaming Expo '99, to discuss the plans for this huge classic gaming/computing show to be held in Las Vegas this August..

Future episodes will feature many people from Atari’s past, including former Atari employees, hardware/software developers, etc. I will also feature the developers of current Jaguar/Lynx titles, and emulator authors that allow us to recreate the classic gaming and computing experience on the PC’s used today. Each episode will run for about 30 minutes.

To listen to the show, you will need a PC or Mac, and a copy of the Real Audio player. The Real Audio player is a free download from Real Networks. A link to download the player can be found on the Back In Time web site.
